At SketchWear, we print every garment on-demand to reduce overproduction and minimize textile waste. By shopping with us, you are supporting a more sustainable way of creating fashion.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your purchase arrives damaged or with printing imperfections, please let us know within 30 days of delivery at qjuqxw.juqxw86n2dxvom@hotmail.com with a photo of the flaw.

We will gladly issue a replacement or refund. To lower carbon emissions from unnecessary shipping, we do not ask you to return damaged items. We encourage you to upcycle, donate, or recycle the defective item locally!

Thoughtful Purchasing & Sizing

Because each garment is printed specifically for you, returns for buyer's remorse or wrong size choices create unnecessary waste. We urge you to double-check sizing measurements using our size charts prior to ordering.

Cancellations

To cancel or amend an order, please email us within 2 hours before printing commences.
